5N/6D itinerary for Dehradun, Mussoorie, Haridwar, and Rishikesh can be structured to cover the highlights of each location. The trip can start in Dehradun, then move to Mussoorie, followed by Rishikesh and finally Haridwar, before returning to Dehradun or your departure point.
Here’s a possible 6-day itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Dehradun & Local Sightseeing
Arrive at Dehradun airport (DED) or railway station.
Check in to your hotel.
Afternoon: Visit Robber’s Cave (Guchchu Pani) and Sahastradhara (a sulphur spring).
Evening: Explore the local markets.
Day 2: Dehradun to Mussoorie & Sightseeing
Morning: Drive to Mussoorie (approx. 1.5 – 2 hours).
Check in to your hotel.
Afternoon: Explore Kempty Falls, Company Garden, and enjoy a walk on Mall Road.
Evening: Visit Gun Hill for panoramic views and enjoy the sunset.
Day 3: Mussoorie to Rishikesh & Local Sightseeing
Morning: Drive to Rishikesh (approx. 2.5 – 3 hours).
Check in to your hotel.
Afternoon: Visit Lakshman Jhula, Ram Jhula, and the Tera Manzil Temple.
Evening: Attend the Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat or Parmarth Niketan.
Day 4: Rishikesh Adventure Activities or Relaxation
Morning: Choose from various adventure activities like white water rafting, bungee jumping, or flying fox (optional).
Afternoon: Explore Swarg Niketan, Gita Bhavan, and enjoy the serene atmosphere.

Day 5: Rishikesh to Haridwar & Sightseeing

Check in to your hotel.
Afternoon: Visit Har Ki Pauri, Mansa Devi Temple, and Chandi Devi Temple (cable car recommended).
Evening: Attend the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri.
Day 6: Departure from Haridwar or Dehradun
Morning: Visit any remaining attractions in Haridwar, like the Bharat Mata Mandir or Shanti Kunj.
Drive back to Dehradun (approx. 1-1.5 hours) for your departure.
